Chris Delforce is an accomplished businessman, who has conducted Sozo Production (www.sozo.com.au) as the Chief Executive Officer since 2011. He is Enabled Employment's Chief Information Officer, and his experience in building, hosting and managing websites is extensive.
Chris acquired Sozo in 2011 and merged the business with Isubilo Web Design, his own company, and immediately improved the financials of the business by conducting an efficiency review. Chris operates as a sole trader, and has successfully sub-contracted to large government organisations including the former Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, and was on the preferred provider panel for Indigenous Business Australia.
Chris has a patient and gently guiding manner with clients, and is quick to respond to their needs. His ability to build a website from scratch and to clearly stated parameters is demonstrated by the clear and accessible web page of Enabled Employment. Over eighteen months, Chris ensured that the website was user friendly to all screen readers for the visually impaired, and built an extraordinarily capable back end to the site allowing secure management of all aspects of the site’s functions, which include: timesheet generation and payroll; one-on-one collaboration through live chat, video and an interactive whiteboard; a search engine friendly blog; private user forums; a ranking system for users based on their own input into the website; easy posting, searching, offering and applying for jobs; and much more.
Chris has a vision for the Enabled Employment website, and is able to re-skin the site and duplicate the back end for different markets both in Australia and overseas in readiness for the company's expansion into a global market.
In 2015, Chris won the ACT iAward for Best Commercial Website for the Enabled Employment site.
